"The 24-hour snack and laundry services impressed me and made my stay in Taiwan more convenient. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. The room was small but served its purpose. ^^"
"The hotel is clean and easy to navigate around. The surrounding area have multiple convinient stores and restaurants within 5 mins walking distant. The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English."
