"I loved this hotel when small room is available for single travelers. Every amenity is clean and well maintained. I especially liked the swimming pool and swimming into the skyscraper of HK is definitely a once of a life time experience. During my stay, there were two false alarm incidents. I can feel the staff reacted promptly to resolve the issue with the fire department. I would appreciate more if more communication and directive to the guests. Overall, I love the hotel and would like to stay here again if I have a chance."
