We enjoyed staying together the whole family in a 3 room suite. We had previously done so in the iClub Wanchai and iClub AMTD Sheung Wan and this one is the smallest of all. The sofa bed was in very bad shape and we had to put the mattress on the floor. The manager Antony tried to make amends by offering some small gifts but overall, the space was too cramp.

The room was clean but it was very small-a bit too cramp for comfort. There were also few if any amenities. But it is conveniently located. I km walk to Central. Tram nearby. MTR not far and plenty of taxis. I had a particularly fortunate encounter with the manager Anthony who was extremely helpful during my stay. The check-in person Jason was also friendly and pleasant but there were also a couple of other employees who were not pleasant to deal with.

The Sheung Wan district is perfect to get a feel for Hong Kong. So, staying at iclub was perfect. And when all you are wanting is a clean and tidy hotel with a comfy bed, then there is no need to look any further than the iclub\. Stay and enjoy.

Great stayed

Great location and reasonable price. Staffs are lovely and helpful. I will come back and stay here again. Rooms are well nice and clean. The only downside is the only power source is at the desk which is far away from the bed.

Convenient location. Hairdryer works for 3 mins, stops for 5min, then works for another 3 mins and cycle continues. Aircon not easy to control, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, so ended up falling sick during this biz trip

The hotel was as expected (I stayed at other iClub Hotels before). Modern, clean style. Unfortunately there was first a damage at the toilet and at the end as well at the shower head. Nothing serious, but for the quite high price, that should not happen. The location is quite good and not that far from MTR. As in the other iClub hotels the number of lifts does not match the number of room/floors/guest. Sometimes you need patience while waiting for the lift - and then it is crowded.
