"For a family of 5 with 3 grown up kids finding a hotel is always an issue. We booked a couple of interconnecting rooms that was spacious and clean. Location excellent, a short walk from shops and restaurants in the Causeway. Breakfast was a little limiting but included into hotel booking so reasonable. Cleaning lady particularly friendly. I was very unhappy on checkout as the hotel tried to charge for a bottle of wine I didn't order so check your statement. There seemed no checking by the hotel, no apologies but it was clearly not mine as we didn't have any alcohol during our stay there! I would have been more reassured if there was some verification before charging to rooms."

"The hotel situates close to prime shopping area and with restaurants of different cuisine Indonesian, Korean Japanese Cantonese etc providing delicious food. Able to meet different persons' desire. Staffs are helpful, courteous. Management is sensible and able to tackle the issue to cue the traffic of guest elevators with extra staffs to escort hotel guests to take the staff elevator to reach the lobby floor asap. Hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch. The half buffet lunch is worth trying."

"We booked a suite with a joining room for a family celebration for four adults. The seating area was lovely and a small kitchen was very useful. The whole hotel was nice with easy access to the connected shopping centre."

"Stayed here for 3 nights, absolutely loved it. Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the harbor. Gym and pool were great. Had dinner/drinks one night at the rooftop bar/restaurant, which felt very special - it’s a lovely space with gorgeous views. Location is perfect - lots to do nearby, and it’s close to transit to the rest of the city. I’d stay here again whenever I’m back in HK."

"Great location and great price. We stayed in a harbour view room, which was fantastic. There’s plenty to do in the area, with lots of great hipster cafés and interesting places to visit nearby. The only downside was that the mattress was quite hard, but the staff were very helpful and provided a mattress topper straight away when I asked. I’ll definitely stay at the same hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong."

"We always stay in Conrad HK when we go to HK. The rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet has many options. Our only issue this trip was the check-in. We arrived at 430pm and was informed that one of our rooms was still being checked by Housekeeping. It should be ready in 15minutes. After 30minutes, our room was still not ready. We finally got our room at 530pm. Other than that, our stay was all good. We booked 3 rooms total and requested all rooms to be on the same floor."
