Great and clean rooms. Not the biggest in size, but sufficient space for one person. Great views form the window, and area is filled with dining and grocery shopping. Plus is the easy access to the MTR and gyms.

Room was pretty new and spacious by HK standards. Loved the location as it was convenient - easy access to the tram, airport bus and MTR. Plenty of food options nearby. As I had booked multiple nights on separate bookings, the only minor inconvenience was that I had to “refresh” my room card after a booking ended. Nonetheless, the staff were helpful in assisting to arrange the same room throughout my entire stay.

3rd time stay, I love the location and availability of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The hotel is still new, cleaning and room making is depending on the day, but generally good.

Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Hairdryer wasn’t working when we checked in late at night. Even after 2 calls and one visit down to the reception within 50 mins at around 1am, we still waited for very long. Turns out there was a miscommunication between the receptionist and the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff took that long to find a standing humidifier. She barged into the room without us allowing her to come in too. After we clarified that we requested for a hairdryer and not a humidifier, she spent another 15 mins to pass us one. We spoke in Cantonese to both the receptionist and staff so we’re not sure where is the miscommunication here. Took us more than an hour to just get a mere hairdryer issue settled at almost 2 in the morning after a flight. Washing machine in the room was also not working.
