"Very small all else was great good location"

"Shower leaked into bathroom floor and it was hard to get into the shower. I had to squeeze into a small space between sink and toilet then swing open shower door past toilet and go in sideways. Super uncomfortable entry to shower. Rooms and view definitely looked better online. The decorative flowers on the wall at reception were peeling off and you could see the cheap yellow foam they were made of. The lobby was a bit tacky but the staff were ALL really nice and helpful. Location was good but wish I stayed at the Hari like the rest of my group "

"Great price and excellent location for me, with my family located in Happy Valley. Room is comfortable, clean and well maintained. Stayed here for my annual visit for over 5 years and the property is not showing its age yet. No frills kind of hotel and the restaurants of high standards too. Will definitely return again next year."

"Overall the Ibis was great 10 mins away from the centre but the trams outside all went there and cost about 30p, tap on , tap off...same on the way back Clean , functional rooms, good size Staff were very helpful, breakfast was varied and good The only real downside was that the bar and restaurant closed at 6pm which was early, but there were other restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes on the tram"
