"Unfortunately the pool and pool deck were closed for renovations. We were not informed before we arrived and had paid extra for a pool view room with pool access. The reception staff were disinterested and just said that Hotels.com had been informed (which they hadn’t). The bar and restaurant staff were lively and very attentive. Overall, I would stay here again; the pool and pool area will probably be lovely when they renovate it. "

"Hotel was old. Staff wasn’t too helpful seemed like it was a bother to get anything. Room was small and they didn’t replace water and towels for one guest. Casino was small and staff was not helpful. No waitress. Would not stay again."

"You pay parking even though is in property and not even gated or any kind of security. Says breakfast included but you have to pay $30 extra per person per night. On site it’s $13. Very shady practice with prices "

"Good hotel , convenient location, clean has a good pool, wish bar was a bit more active, breakfast sucks no effort to make a decent breakfast. Was there for 4 nights everyday same eggs and potatoes. Only two waffle machines takes forever to be able to make a waffle."

"Aircondition was on able to function on hi cool and speed, we had to turn it off. The safe was not working. Water in the shower was limited. "
