"Location: great if you’re going to the National Parks Check-In: staff was in a rush to check us in. Not friendly at all Breakfast: very BAD! It was in a brown bag with a supposed to be frozen burrito but already defrosted; a “fun size container of juice, a fresh orange (size varied) and a small size of granola bar. It was horrible! There is a note on the front desk that says: “As your feedback, we will be giving grab and go breakfast bag. They will be available at the front desk from 7:00am-9:00.” We were applauded especially the burrito. We took the granola bars and oranges and returned the rest to the hotel. Bathroom: the tiles need scrubbing. "

"Great hotel and a fabulous location. We’ve stayed in Miami several times and this was our first time here and it’ll be our go to hotel. Highly recommend! "

"Room was clean, bed very comfy. We don’t like the half door shower they have going on but it looks very nice. I hated the toilets lol. The restaurant onsite didn’t have pepperoni pizza, or beef for the nachos. Also super slow service. The pool was pretty, it stayed in the shade the entire time we were there, which I bet is great when it’s super hot out! From booking I really thought there was going to be more around, or a little walk by the water, it was more industrial though. Definitely a great location to stay the night before your flight because it’s so convenient to the airport. "

"This hotel is in a very good location. It is directly connected to a mall but also has restaurants within walking distance. I love that the room had a filtered water countertop dispenser. There’s also plenty of drawer space and a full length mirror. I enjoyed the rooftop though it gave more of a club vibe, it was very crowded as it is open to the public. My only issue was that the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. The balcony is very small and you’re facing another high rise building so no real view. "

"It was very convenient for us but had to take uber to hotel as your transportation was not coming - waited 1/2 hr then decided we need to get to hotel to get some sleep!! So paid $25 for that - didn’t like that part at all!! Breakfast was not free - and very not worth the $11 they charged us!! Again we weren’t impressed - very disappointed in it!! "
