You can’t beat the location as we stepped out onto the street and we were there in the middle of Hollywood with the walk of fame and all there is to offer. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and friendly, and went above board with their service. Really a spectacular hotel thank you so much."

"It was a different experience without a front lobby (got to get used to that). But, great customer service with texts and found housekeeping (which as friendly and helpful). I love the security you have with the building (codes) and the amenities are wonderful! Love the washer/dryer in each unit and fridge/kitchenette. "

"A lot of noise, SUV do not fit to the parking, and I had to pay extra for another parking outside of the hotel. The elevator does not work; the next room smells to marijuana and the rest of the hall. The day that we arrived around 2am the next room has a party, and we report to the front desk and they did not anything."

"A fun themed place to stay. Lots of fun pictures. Cafe was very convenient. Was walking distance to theater we went to. Bathroom window was duct taped as it was broken. "
