"First time in LA with the family. We thought the location was really good and accessible to Hollywood's attraction like the Chinese Theater, Walk of Fame etc... It had a covered parking spot which in July's heat was great. It was an added cost though, and being off of a busy street (Franklin) made it less than peaceful. The accommodations were new and modern, more of a condo than a hotel room, with a great FULL kitchen, dinning table microwave etc... The unit also including washer/dryer which if you are staying more than a week is very convinient. If I had to critizing anything, I would say a lack of drawers/storage for unpacking (especially for 3 adults) and hooks or shelves in the bathroom, where the towels had to be stored in the bedroom. There is plenty of wall space in the bathroom, so it seems like an oversight. Pool was decent sized and clean. Security was also good. Too good where everything has a code to enter and had to keep a list of codes handy. No keys or cards to lose.
One important note, that this property is remotely managed, so no manager or "front desk" on premise. Having said that, the management was very responsive, professional and polite via text. We didn't have any issues in that regard."
