"The property has beautiful photos on their website, but it’s even nicer in person. I felt as if I was in another dimension, everything was luxurious. I booked a double queen room with terrace. The terrace could have used some plants, table and a little view. Being on the second floor, I couldn’t see anything, but I did appreciate having the ability for fresh air in the evening. The entire hotel had a wonderful scent, kind of sexy even. Their reception team was friendly and welcomed us with a sample of whiskey. I am not a whiskey expert, but it was absolutely delicious! Their lobby bathroom lobby is so beautiful, gold and dark green colors are my favorite. We went to their restaurant, which is right next to the lobby to ask for ice and got a whole bucket with a friendly conversation. Parking was sooo good, especially for LA. We pulled in directly into the hotel and were greeted by valet, who took our car and we could easily check in. Parking is safe, below the hotel with elevators. My favorite must be the rooftop, with a full bar , as well as complimentary breakfast in the morning. The view is stunning and you could see the Hollywood sign. I walked through the hotel very slowly, as they have absolutely wonderful original art work every few feet on their walls, which felt like a private art exhibition. I have never spent so much time actually admiring the design, art, scent, and view before. Whoever designed this hotel, I love you!"
