"My only complaint about this hotel is the room we checked into was very ran down. Floors were scratched up walls were dirty and the sink was stopped up. They knew the sink was stopped up because a plumber showed up while we were there he was unable to fix the sink so we were moved to the exact same make and model room and it was an excellent condition. So why did you give us the ran down room from the start. Other than that customer service amenities the staff the people the comfort was the best...

"Clean and decent motel at a good price in LA. Great location. Room is great except strong smell of sanitation liquid. Breakfast is okay but no self service for waffle making or toasting is allowed. And the lady helper doesn’t speak English."

Super convenient location, within walking distance to Hollywood Bowl and the Walk of Fame. Street noise was a little loud at night but that’s a small price to pay for being so close to everything. "
