My room was clean and actually the heating ventilation and air conditioning system worked good you didn't have to worry about being in a tropical forest we're dripping was coming down. The pool was very good. Rooftop Bar and Grill was amazing. When I called up the front desk they actually answered with my name valet was perfect. I would stay there again which I have."

"probably a 3.5 in reality. great value, small pillows, no wash cloths , hand towels or bath mat. Pool area is nice but the loungers could use some repair/replacements. over all for the money we would stay again. "

"If you need a place to crash for a night or two it's perfect. It's a shared house with about 6 - 8 rooms and shared bathroom. Surprisingly enough the bathroom was spotless and people were respectful. $10 a day parking, $3 to do a load of laundry (wash&dry). Again, perfect if you need to crash for a night, charge your laptop, do a load of laundry and shower."

"I did not use the pool because we did not have pool towels and I do not know if they were available. The room came with a queen bed and 2 small pillows. For me and my wife 2 pillows each to sit up in bed and watch TV would have been better. There were 2 bulbs out in bathroom and sink aerator was clogged which lowered water pressure to a trickle. I removed the aerator while I was there. Only 2 small shower towels which should have been bigger or more absorbent. The bathroom had no counter or place to put your toiletries. Over all I did like the place and would definitely consider going back next time I visit family. I also found the price very reasonable for what you get. I do wish the owners well, and hope they work on the things I mentioned. "
