Before anything, the receptionist working the front desk is exceptional. This is twice I have stayed at The Diane Oceanfront Suites and she is always excellent. The hotel amenities go without saying. Proximity to everything you need to have a great stay nearest the beach.

Location excellent, great balcony views and walking to bars, restaurants and shopping. Room was nice but was not the cleaniest. Shower was dirty, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty. We did mention it . If we were staying longer, i would have complained and made them bleach it down. But we only stayed a short time. Beds were fine and the rest of the room was fine. I would definitely stay again but check the cleanliness upon checking in.

I've stayed here 3x in the last 3 months. It's a wonderful location. No resort fee and right on the board walk. The lounge chairs outside are very nice to just sit and relax viewing the boardwalk on ocean. always very clean and comfortable.

I will never stay anywhere else in Hollywood Beach! The Diane Oceanfront Suites is the perfect location to access the boardwalk, beach, local restaurants and stores. If you don't like sand, you can relax on the deck and watch the waves. The staff was extremely helpful in my late arrival and providing the key to the room. The room was cold, clean and comfortable! The beds were amazing and extra towels were provided upon request. Beach chairs were also available for rental and worked out great. I highly recommend the Diane Oceanfront Suites for your next beach vacation!

The property is on oceanfront and the view is very nice. It looks like the patio was taken over by smokers. I am allergic to cigarette and I have never smoked; therefore we did not enjoy the patio or the nice lounge chairs there.
