"Great view, clean room and friendly staff. The drawback is the lack of attached parking. Its about a 3 minute walk to the public garage near the hotel. It worked well but I was glad we had fair weather."

"The main room was compact but very clean. The bed was made up as a double though we had requested 2 singles. We had to leave the room and wait while it was rearranged. There was no kettle in the room but the reception did provide cups of hot/ boiled water on request. Would have much preferred convenience of kettle in the room. Bathroom was tiny but very clean. Complimentary shower gel and body lotion, and ample hot water. Goid soft white towels. Hairdryer came as standard. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. We were allowed to leave our bags in the luggage room, and use the outdoor comfy seating, for several hours after checkout, without any additional charge. Proximity to the beach is excellent. Would recommend to friends and stay here again myself."

"Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!"

"A bit out of the way unless you have business with the international organizations near by but an excellent facility with really great staff. Breakfast could improve with fresh juice and more protein options. Comfy rooms with good amenities. "

"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again. The first issue occurred on arrival when the luggage storage system in the open area didn’t work, and support was unable to assist. The second was a failure of the heating system, making the room uncomfortably cold at night. Support could only arrange a check the next day, but the issue remained unresolved, and the portable heater provided was not sufficient. Finally, during rain, water leaked from the air ventilation system, dripping directly onto us, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, while the room itself met expectations, the unresolved issues and lack of immediate support made this a frustrating and disappointing experience."
