"Extraordinary staff, architecture beauty. We had a lovely room which was upgraded at a fair price. Breakfast buffet was beautiful. Try to get it included in your room rate. Housekeeping, bell desk front desk everyone was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful stay cannot see enough about this lovely exquisite hotel"
"Hotel was great. Brilliant welcome by the staff of the hotel, room was nice - toilet and shower area was a bit small, but the shower was decent.
Great facilities in the room too. Steamer, hairdryer, shaving mirror, coffee/tea facilities.
When we arrived the doors to our balcony were open and that was a lovely feature.
We closed the doors on the balcony and then the hotel would not re-open it for health and safety reasons.
Real shame, in the hot weather the breeze was really appreciated "
"Et super hyggeligt og meget velbeliggende hotel i gåafstand til alt i centrum. P-hus i nærheden.super gode senge, dejligt sengetøj og fantastisk morgenmad. Søde, hjælpsomme og meget engageret personale. Vi havde ikke bestilt morgenmad sammen med hotellet, og kunne derfor nøjes med udvalgte á la carte ting, så vi kun betalte, for det, vi spiste. Vi vil ikke tøve med at bo her en anden gang"
"Was visiting Amsterdam for a business trip (1 day stay before heading to another citiy for a conf). The Owl Hotel was a great place to stay - centrally located and nice clean room, along with excelltent breakfast (there was outside seating in the patio which was a nice option on sunny mornings). The Front Desk Staff (Olga) was very helpful with places to eat, and transit to the Central Train Center. First rate staff with excellenent skills, friendly, and knowleagable. "
