"Hotel close to the beach, but the beds are very small, barely fit 2 people. My wife has bug bed bite all over her legs. I read the reviews and someone else also have bug bed bite so look out. Don't Stay here. None of the USB charging are working. The Safe is not working. The Iron is not working. Only one elevator is working. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. They also charged $50 for checking in early."

"The staff at the Beach House were super amicable and helpful. The amenities were superb as well (they provide beach bench and umbrella, but you have to be out there early). The pool area is also nice, it just gets very busy, so you should be patient when you order drinks or food. The only thing that bothered me was the valet. Besides having to pay $61.50+ tax every day, they took over 30 minutes to bring out the car even if you call ahead of time. Besides the valet parking, the hotel was in perfect location if you’re looking to be in-front of the beach! P.S. I highly recommend Erika at the Spa if you’re looking for a relaxed massage!!"

"There was a few staff at the front who were very nice, family-friendly, breakfast was delicious & a great spread & selection, room was filled with full amenities, parking is $35 nightly in the garage, kinda tight for bigger vehicles, but we named managed to get a Jeep Wagoneer in & out smoothly! Overall I recommend this hotel for the area!"

"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. I went to the front desk to ask what time the buffet opened. At the time, the front desk representative was distracted, looking at a cell phone while talking with someone who worked in the kitchen or assisted with the buffet. When I asked my question, the employee responded rudely by saying, “Don’t you see the sign is on the wall?” I found the comment disrespectful and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with courtesy and spoken to politely when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel."

The room have a great bonus, including a smart tv, microwave and mini fridge, which made our stay even more convenient. Its location is perfect for us because it was close to many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and everything about our stay felt smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again."
