Everything was amazing. The room was spacious, functional, aesthetic, and always cleaned. There was nothing too hard for the staff to help you with, from check in to helping me heat up my food at 12am midnight. The food was amazing. Both breakfast and afternoon tea spreads were delicious and well thought of. The location is also my prefered side of Q1, less crowded, posh, close to everything, safe to walk around. Thank you, I will be back.

The staff here were absolutely lovely and the location was pretty good. The only issue we had was the pipes in the walls of our room made a lot of loud noises, especially at night when we were trying to sleep.

Wow! What a nice little find in the heart of HCM! Priced right. Well appointed rooms. Great location. Great staff. Very cool little roof top pool and bar. Lots of very good Japanese, Thai, and of course Vietnamese restaurants steps from the hotel. Very comfortable bed and comforter, good WiFi. Good water pressure. Etc. this place ticks all the boxes!

The room looked new and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt amazing. I loved the roof top pool and sky bar. I got a very nice massage at the spa that I would recommend. I was welcomed to the hotel by Alee and An. I will return.

Special thanks to Lily and Amy at the front desk, who made my reservation, check-in, and check-out seamless. They went above and beyond by recommending massage places, helping me navigate the city, and assisting me with local ride-hailing apps. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. I also want to recognize Phuong at the spa and Trang at the spa reception, who made the experience especially welcoming. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and committed to guest comfort. If you’re staying in Ho Chi Minh City, Silverland Mây Hotel is an excellent choice. We absolutely loved our stay at Silverland May. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was honestly the best we have had and they worked exceptionally hard to work around dietary requirements (gluten free) for breakfast. Had an egg station and all! Huge afternoon tea also meaning you really didn’t need to eat out much if you didn’t want to between breakfast and afternoon tea. It was a great hotel, great pool, sauna, steam room. Had a gym also. Excellent location. Walking distance to all locations easily! Would definitely stay in a Silverland again, and would love to visit May Hotel again in the future.

A lovely hotel with staff so eager to assist and happy to engage with you. The breakfast was exceptional - a light airy room with a very broad selection. The afternoon tea was also beautifully set out. The rooms are very clean, light and well appointed - they could use a little bit of an upgrade - but very pleasant.

Great stay! Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. The rooftop pool was a great oasis with hammocks and other nooks to rest up out of the hustle and bustle of exciting Ho Chi Minh city. We travelled with our daughter and two teenage grandchildren and it was a great base to explore the city. It is located near the opera house and not far from the river. The extensive buffet breakfast and afternoon tea provided also meant we often skipped lunch. Would highly recommend!

Overall great stay. The rooftop pool area was our favourite! Unfortunately the bathroom needs some improvements, the water just goes out the bath making the whole bathroom wet and the glass position is terrible. One of our rooms was the smallest on the floor which was disappointing, despite paying more for double and window room.

We stayed in a room with the balcony which was spacious with a bright decor and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, Dao, Alee and Sophia to mention a few. It was a joy to watch all of the staff looking so happy going about their job everyday with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing, my wife is Asian and I am Western and we both looked forward every morning to the breakfast every morning. Rooftop lounge and pool topped off a very enjoyable week with great bar staff who remembered your order the next day. The hotel’s location is close and walkable to shopping centres, restaurants and Opera House. We will definitely be back.
