A grotty run down mould ridden windowless hot slum. I have nothing good to say , everything was bad. It is way short of luxury, even well short of satisfactory. This place should not be allowed to advertise on any hotel portal.

Picked us up from the airport even though it was a late flight and last minute. Took us happily in the morning also for a low cost. westerners keep in mind the bed is very hard, tho I’m finding all Vietnamese beds are.

First off the hotel is called OYO Luxary apartment. The location is good for food. I read that smell of the rooms are bad and thought people like to complain but they do smell, I opened window to air out, no help, maybe the air conditioner. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Shower no hot water. Very little water pressure in hot position so you can’t take hot or warm shower. WiFi was ok. Lucky it was just one night but I won’t be coming back again. The smell is the worse, unhealthy.

Airport pick up was quick and convenient. But when I asked about dropoff the next morning, an unhelpful young lady said that was not included in the price. The next morning, a different young lady cheerfully arranged the free shuttle back to the airport and we left within five minutes. In the room, the sheets were clean, but the bathroom was not very clean. Someone's used toothbrush was in the basket of toiletries. Overall, it is convenient for a very short stay near the airport.

I went to check-in but was told I booked a sister hotel and not the address listed on the site. Thankfully they offered a free shuttle to the sister hotel. This place is about a 2-3 min drive to the airport so it's quite convenient. The receptionist was friendly and did her best to communicate with me via google translate. There's also cold water in the room which was nice. Otherwise everything else was unpleasant, especially in the cleanliness department. The floor was super dusty, bathroom smelled moldy, stains on the bed, and had a mama cockroach running around. I will not be staying here again.
