Great service, great food, great rooms

Great hotel with very good and attentive staff everywhere. I hope their city view won't be obstructed by the construction behind them. The Recipe restaurant (or what the name is) is very good. From the awesome seafood buffet to the ala carte serving. Didn't try the breakfast as I will never eat as much as they charge for it... this is the only downside of the hotel (but there is a Starbucks nearby).

Perfect city hotel. Loved the products in the bathroom, malin & goetz. Breakfast was a bit limited on the choice of fruits. Long who worked in the club lounge on level 22 is a great asset to the hotel. He has excellent people skills and has a wealth of knowledge.

Le Meridien met my expectations. It is an attractive hotel with good food, service and amenities. The location is also a plus for visitors as the riverside park, ferry services and city centre are all a short walk away. Stayed there during a national holiday so the price was a little inflated but normally this hotel would be good value for the $$. I would consider staying there again, although there are many comparable options in the city.

Was greeted at arrival, very attentive and great customer service when needed. Room was clean and tidy. * check with the front desk for exchange rates, they’re pretty accurate and will you give close to the current rate is via online.

The key card would work only on your floor. So you couldn’t go to friend’s room. You would have to go down to the front desk to reset the key to go to a different floor……every time.

The staff forgot to return the credit card deposit. They insisted that they have never kept it. Not one but three of them. I had to be little stern and asked them to double check. Only to find that they have indeed kept it. Then they eventually transacted a refund. I haven’t yet got it back though but this was a surprise at Le Méridien Saigon (a Marriot group hotel).

First time in HCMC and perfect location to experience this beautiful city. We had a lovely river view room which was spectacular! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very gracious!
