The room amenities are never ready, they keep asking to stay for the night and the next day we will provide what is supposed to already have been there by the online pictures.

The staff are liars and shifty 3 different staff members saying 3 different things My room has a big hole on the wall that can fit 3 people at the same time. This hole was hidden by the closet, until the heavy rain last night and I couldn’t sleep So I moved the closet and I was shocked that they would put a hotel guest in such a room that should have been closed off It was terrible
