"Staff Julia supplied a special ice bucket for us for our champagne and when we requested recommended an amazing restaurant where the food was absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have converters for Canadian Appliances and we were loaned proper adapter. Her Customer Service skills were above and beyond and we would be happy to recommend Hotel lotus to everyone. Breakfast at the hotel was quite enjoyable also"

"Got to the hotel and it was closed. Who closes a hotel and doesn’t notify the people that booked there?"

"Good location in quiet safe neighborhood, rooms are small but nicely decorated- eco hotel -there may not be housekeeping or towels changes"

"Good place and have breakfast But there is some water drains issue when shower Overall is good "

"คุ้มค่ากับค่าใช้จ่ายสะดวกเดินทางสามารถทำอาหารทานได้อุปกรณ์ครบครัน มาตราการรักษาความปลอดภัยดีเยี่ยมมีรหัสเข้าออกประตูทางเข้าอาคาร"

"The place was great and at a great price. The only criticism I have is that their duvets are very small (twin size) even when you are in a queen bed. It was hard to find a good position to sleep because either my feet or my head was cold. Also if you move from side to side the duvet would slide off. This seems to be the case in most hotels in Iceland and it is my only complaint."
