"Our group stayed at La Posada during a women’s retreat. The location was great, and most of the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and our room experiences left quite a bit to be desired. The hotel is definitely dated, and the rooms themselves are very tired, dark, and in need of updating. During the first part of my stay, my room had a few spots of dog feces on the carpet. While it appeared that the mess had been picked up, the carpet clearly had not been properly...

"Wonderful facilities. Heated floors in the bathroom and excellent dual headed shower. Nice buffet breakfast."

"Great hotel right in the heart of town with a gorgeous lobby and simply fabulous staff. Secreto is the best craft cocktail bar in the city, if you're interested in happy hour or a nightcap! The room was tiny but quaint - no closet or desk, but it worked for two nights. Some of the carpeting in the hallways could use a refresh; and I could hear all the footsteps in the room above me, which was kind of a bummer, but thankfully Santa Fe doesn't stay up too late. Great rustic features throughout,...

"The whole experience was amazing. 2nd time to stay there and love it every time!"

"It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds. The housekeeping staff was good, however. But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay."

"La Paloma is the opposite of a corporate hotel. It is a unique and quirky place to relax, and to enjoy the delicious breakfasts (each one made to order) vs warmed over scrambled eggs, etc, etc. of the corporate places. Decorations were artistic chic and the staff were primo. If you are wanting elegance, go elsewhere - if you're into colorful Santa Fe - you've found it here. Would we return? Absolutely"

"The rooms and public areas are clean but worn and dated. Bathroom was functional but 20+ years old You should get more at this price point Great location and easy parking"

"Wonderful experience!"

"What a special place. My wife and I were here for our 25th Anniversary. Manuel (owner) took spectacular care of us. The breakfast gathering is NOT to be missed, but reserve you place early. It is a wonderful place to stay!"

"We had plenty of room which was great. The AC could be a little better, or a fan in the room. The hotel is older and it shows."
