Great modern amenities. Controls for lighting near the bed were very useful as well as multiple USB and electric outlets for charging devices. Their purified water system offered delicious clean water straight out of the tap.

This place was top tier and the price was excellent! Our whole party of 4 was thrilled! Location is convenient, establishment and rooms are well designed and clean. Lawson downstairs was perfect. Staff was awesome. Top notch service. Our stay with Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hiroshima ended up well above expectations!

Close to main train station and tram stop, with Lawson convenience store at the entrance. Easy access with no steps, straight into lift, with reception on 2nd floor. Amenities with sachets of moisturiser/makeup removal pads/toothbrush/etc available at reception. Friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast with lots of Japanese food options to try that you would otherwise not experience. Western style bed with fairly hard bed which wasn't uncomfortable. Shower was small but comfortable with good water pressure and temperature. Clean and quiet. Light switches by bedside a plus.

Easy access to the hotel from South Exit of Hiroshima Station. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Toothbrush and other amenities can be obtained from 2nd floor of the hotel.

My husband and I were looking for a clean hotel room close to the Hiroshima train station. We booked a double room, which was small but well equipped. I made use of the desk space, kettle, yukata (kimono), slippers, and fabric freshener. We also enjoyed the easy check in and checkout experience, free luggage storage, and free supply of coffee, tea, toiletries, and sun block. The inn is very conveniently located by the train station and we walked or took the tram to tourist attractions with ease.

Rooms were super clean. Spacious enough to lay a large suitcase on the floor. Staff members were very nice and helpful. There are 4 washer/dryer machines, but there is quite a lineup as i believe the hotel hosts a lot of guests. Location is very convenient if you need to he near Hiroshima station (easy access to airport limo bus and the tram/trains to just about anywhere). However, theres not as much food and cafes nearby, everything opens quite late (after 11am)

really close to hiroshima station, the room is modern and clean and has all the amenities that can be expected from a standard Japanese business hotel. I know that the room can fit 2, but I wouldn't want to be sharing the room with another person. Theres enough space for 1, 2 would be a squeeze.

Very close to the Hiroshima Station. Comfortable rooms with an 11am check out time, not the usual 10am so you have a little extra time to get ready in the morning. Lawson convenience store directly next door. Highly recommended hotel for a quick stopover.

Convenient location near station. Great for one night. Lots of amenities to choose from in lobby. Good view from room but smallest hotel room we had in Japan. Familymart located on ground level and plenty of dining options around area. Good value for a one night stay.
