The room was very clean, exceptional view of the water and city of Yokohama. Chinatown was a block away, very walkable area. The staff were friendly and happy to help us out in any way possible

Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. I reserved a non smoking room. I’m very sensitive with the cigarette smell and I can smell some remnants ...
