"We had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay — always friendly and responsive. What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ?
