Soy un cliente de hoteles.com de muchos años, en todo este tiempo he reservado hoteles en base an mis necesidades/ negocios / ubicación / servicios del hotel / etc. Les podría decir que nunca había tenido una queja con la información que presentan en su plataforma. Sin embargo esta vez, que reservé por negocios (cercanía). La dirección que indican en el mapa es completamente incorrecta muy alejado a la realidad. Esto significó una serie de acciones adicionales para lograr llegar al lugar de conferencias, atrasos y otros, ya que lo elegido originalmente era “walking distance”. Espero puedan revisar, ya que Shanghai es una ciudad relevante en conferencias de negocio y este error puede perjudicar a muchos de sus clientes
