"Really friendly check in. Informative gave us later check out due to the nature of our stay. Room very spacious and clean. However room very cold radiator doesnt work. Called the number at reception they brought a portable heater which was fab. If it had just been my partner & myself staying it"

"The check-in desk was staffed and the girl gave us good advice of using the nearby cathedral carpark for 5 pounds a day which was very affordable considering the location! View overlooked the River Ness. Window opened to allow a cool breeze. Mattress seemed to be very worn, a little broken-down, but we were able to sleep moderately comfortably. There was a bathtub and nice hot shower. However the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better (there was some visible mold and the bathroom...
