Room stifling, no air conditioning, No refrigerator, no telephone to contact reception, room was in annexe so had to go downstairs and through carpark to reception to complain, told that swimming pool unavailable due to kids swimming lessons, tv didnt work for 2 days of stay due to pixelation , extract fan in bathroom didn’t work, mirror light above mirror in bathroom didn’t work. "It was well after check in time when we arrived. Our room wasn't ready. We went in and had a drink while waiting. It was finally ready and when we walked in, the beds looked like someone just crawled out of them. The tall curtains had broken clips, so they hung terribly. The furniture was old and all banged up.
