"We paid for an ocean view online to watch the fourth of July event, instead front desk staff gave us an blocked palm tree view. Don't stay here if you're going to pay a lot for something that you won't get! Very upsetting...."

"I liked the fact the ocean front rooms had a beautiful view of the bay. The only downfall I had a problem with was the cleanliness of the kitchen. It smelled like rat piss, the shower smelled of mildew. Other than that the stay was perfect and convenient for me and my family."
