"Disappointing housekeeping service
We stayed for two nights and were disappointed with the level of housekeeping provided.
When we returned to our room on the afternoon of our first day, the room had not been serviced, the towels had not been replaced and the tea and coffee supplies had not been replenished.
We spoke to reception and asked whether the room could be serviced, but were advised that housekeeping only takes place every other day. As we were staying for just two nights, this meant...

"Stayed here before and on the whole it's ok. It is pretty soulless.
The room we were given this time was tiny! You had to shuffle sideways to get to the other side of the bed. I've not stayed in such a small hotel room in the last 20 years. Certainly it is not in keeping with a modern 4* hotel.
When I mentioned it to the receptionist on check out, there was a half hearted apology and not much else."

"The first room we were in had some stains on the carpet and the AC didn’t work. But in all fairness to be hotel they moved us to another room, straight away and allowed a later check out. I would’ve perhaps liked complimentary parking especially as they didn’t give me the right code for that in the first instance for the Ring Go app which meant I could only book for 24 hours at a time and didn’t get the promised discount for the first day."
