When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.

Attention to details, everything so clean , stafff warm and welcoming The spa and Onsen clean, quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the gardens. The gardens and pagoda so beautiful. Although upon reservation there was mention concerning construction and noise there was none to be found. This a top notch hotel

We’ve stayed here several times through the years. The location for shopping is great! The hotel rooms are decent. The one thing that remains consistent is the staff is NOT friendly at all. First I thought maybe it’s the language barrier but we stayed at the hotel metropolitan Ikebukuro last year ...

立地も良く館内も綺麗に整っていましたが、何よりも従業員さんの対応が素晴らしかったです。フロントスタッフは外国出身のかたが多いのかなと思いますが、そのなかでもチェンさんという女性の方はチェックイン/アウトの際や外出の際に荷物を預けたりする際もとても対応が丁寧でハキハキと対応していただき好印象でした。
