"Booked this trip last minute so could only get a standard room which was perfect for one person but note these rooms do not come with a view of the beach. Room was clean and on the top floor. Rooftop deck was perfect for watching the sunsets or just lounging. Hotel is a very short walk to the Malecon and safe for a solo traveler. "This was our 6th time staying at this property, pretty much the whole staff is nice, but specially the staff at: the beach (Eduardo/Juan/Daniel), the Vella buffet (Norma/Isela/Medardo, and Marcos who makes the omelets), Auma restaurante (Rodrigo/Donovan), Israel working the kayaks, and Eduardo (pechocho) (who was working all over the place), this people went above and beyond to make us feel special, thank you all."

"Got a great deal on this hotel for one week at the end of August and cant reccomend it enough. First all inclusive and the food exceeded my expectations. Mexican and Italian restaurants were amazing. Place was clean, A/C worked throughout and the staff were amazing. Shout out to Ramon! Only issue was that the first day the main pool was a little dirty/foggy but water was clear the rest of the time."
