I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. "Check in process was a bit annoying with having to line up at the other building and waited for the longest time even if I thought I did online checkin prior. The Pendray building staff leaves early or are never around. The garden room wasn’t exactly facing the flower garden but the community veggie garden so that threw me off a bit plus the construction noise. The breakfast was very nice. Everything else felt very self serve not really hotel feel."

"No breakfast. BLOOD on the wall in bedroom and headboard. I spoke with the manager who asked if i wanted it cleaned or another room. I said i wanted to go to another hotel and she told me that since it was 20 minutes after checkout, id only get charged gor the 2 nights i stayed if i left now. WOW. I spoke with expedia CS and i was told id get a credit of 150 points on mu account. Im mot sure what that is worth but i still have yet to see it in my account "

"Nice boutique hotel - quiet rooms, easily walkable to Government St and the Inner Harbour. Enjoyed dinner at The Palms restaurant. The coffee/tea and fruit available in the lobby in the mornings appreciated."

"I ahve stayed at red lion many many times. This was the worst time. The TV was messed up when we were trying to relax in the suite after wandering the city. The front desk attendant helped fix that. The sink was dirty when we got into the room. Toothpaste was still in the sink. The bed and suite were well kept otherwise. The main aggrevation of the trip was at 7:30-8am, the housekeepers were talking and yelling in Korean and laughing in the hallway for hours. We found out when we were leaving...

"This is one of the best accommodations I have ever had. The Garden Suite was perfect for my ten day stay in Victoria. The location could not be better to explore downtown. Minutes to the water and 15 minute walk to Beacon Hill. The suite was super clean, well stocked, comfy bed and a view of the harbor.
