"This was a vacation for four sisters, and we felt like we were treated like royalty. The staff opened the door for our exit and entry each time, greeted us with a, "Welcome back" to the hotel and just genuinely kind people. The foyer offered warm apple and spiced tea, fresh apples and was decorated with stunning arrangements. "A delightful change from large hotel chains. Amazing staff including reception, breakfast, and housekeeping. Shocked at how great the included breakfast was every day. What a great upgrade from other hotel breakfasts. Great location within wobble distance to all of our favorite establishments. Missed having a gym but we walked a lot to make up for it. "

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Just an all around beautiful property right next to the ocean. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the water was hot. Breakfast was fresh, we enjoyed some board games and a charming view. Overall we would highly recommend it here."

"This was the first proper vacation my little family had ever taken. We lacked for nothing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. While there was no in-house breakfast (my fault for reading the listing info incorrectly) the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. The hotel pool was lovely, there were tons of entertaining amenities, and the rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh sheets each day. I don't think you could beat it for the price point. "
