Katy welcomed us to the hotel and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. You can truly tell that she cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. I would like to sincerely thank Katy for her kindness and for making our stay even more special.
