โรงแรมใกล้ศูนย์แสดงศิลปะการแสดงไฮมาร์คแมนน์, ฟิลาเดลเฟีย

"the location was great as far as distance to our daughter's university, however, for the price paid, we were shocked about the housekeeping noise level at 9am on a Sunday morning that woke us all up. The banging and noise level was unacceptable. I can understand the need to turn over the room, however, they are really not set up as a hotel. Room floor was dusty and dirty as evidenced by the bottom of our socks. Will never stay here again for the price. Management needs to get their act...

"The room was clean and the stay was pleasant. No complaints."

"Room was clean"

"Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"The room was"

"Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl"

"Nice place"

"It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

"wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

"Very quaint cute boutique! Was better than expected! Bed was super comfy and we loved our balcony!"

"Very nice stay in Old City. The stairs are intense, especially with luggage. Nice layout with 2 beds."

"I have stayed at both ROOST East Market and ROOST Midtown multiple times. Will never hesitate to stay here again. Both are 1000% the best place to stay in Philadelphia Center City area. Beautiful rooms, full kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Best amenities and shared spaces for you to enjoy. The pool at East Market location is heated and usable year round. There are several private grills for your use. A pool table. An indoor cooking area for larger groups. Weight room, with...

"The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable."

"Can’t complain much about the hotel. My room was very tiny but doable and a good size bathroom. The problem was we had to walk a block and a half to get to our car in another parking lot. There was no parking around the facility. remember though it was several minutes watched many things we wanted to see very close to a lot of things."
