"I was nervous prior to arrival as I know this area can be trouble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the neighborhood is gentrifying.
I felt safe and the building had every safety precautions. Cameras at the entrance and inside. (Not in the rooms). To get to my room I had three doors each with a unique PIN code.
The building was bright, modern and welcoming as well as very clean. The building is broken into pods with what seems to be two private rooms sharing a kitchen area....
"This is a small, pleasant boutique hotel in a great location near the Museum of Art. The staff are polite and courteous, there are comfortable chairs in the lobby, and coffee is served starting at 7:00 am. The room was roomy and the beds comfortable. "
