"Wonderful front desk staff...so accommodating and friendly, Especially Brett. Very clean rooms and hotel also. Kitchen/dining staff were also very friendly, helpful and a joy to talk with. Food was very good. (Only negative about our stay was one elevator was out of order. Only one elevator working, made it a much longer wait.) I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!"

"First, I could not understand the clerks speech when I was checking in, very frustrating. I figured for a five star rating that they say they have there would be coffee downstairs at the very least every morning which there wasn’t. I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable. They don’t have a boxspring and it’s a thin mattress that’s on board slats. Could hear a lot of knocking noises from other rooms. The room doors are not sealed, and you can see the light around clear around the door edges. The last thing I noticed was the floor I’m gonna call it lamentation is coming up and it squeaks when you walk on it. I just figured there would be better accommodations for the price of $250 a night. And one last thing they charge $10 a night for parking."

"This is a little piece of heaven on earth: feels like high end resort! It was as if we time traveled out of STL to another city! The vibes are high and the customer experience was incredible! Keep doing what you’re doing. "

"It is nice to stay at a non-chain property. The decor is really charming, the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good for a freebie - especially the fruit. We enjoyed dinner at Basso one night. Bed is very comfortable and the shower was so excellent - I wish my shower at home was like it. Two things I would suggest - replace or cover the glass pane on the bathroom door so the light is not intrusive if someone uses it at night. Add a charging outlet to both sides of the bed (We only saw it on one side - maybe we missed it). Our stay was excellent - the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional."

And stand very wrong . I would say your inn is classed a very gorgeous 100% . The lady that took care of us at the front desk she was a very blessed lady . Thankyou . And we come back your hotel.
