"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Convenient to go around"

"Great position for Savoy theatre and other theatres in the Covent Garden area. Hotel very good. Bedrooms are compact but very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Allow time as there is often a wait to be seated."

"Muy linda terraza y buen restaurante. Habitaciones limpias y en buenas condiciones"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"Me encantó el lugar!!! Todo el personal muy amable, dispuestos siempre a ayudar y con paciencia a los que no manejamos al 100% el inglés. El desayuno muy rico, variado, café rico. A mi mamá y a mí nos encantó nuestra estancia, muy bien ubicado a unos pasos del Big Ben, sin duda volveremos."

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind. Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am. Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing. Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."

"We did find a bedbug in room 1349 but the staff took care of us immediately and moved my family into another room."

"Lovely and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Walking convenience in Mayfair."
