"Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit special. The views over the Tower of London Bridge were fabulous"

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Stay was nice enough and great location but getting luggage post check out was so slow and put a dampener on the stay"

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, nice room, good location. I will stay again."

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. "โรงแรมห่างจาก Tube พอสมควรแต่เดินได้ ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ร้านอาหาร และร้านสะดวกซื้อ โรงแรมสภาพดี ภายในสะอาด และสภาพยังใหม่ มีลิฟต์ มีห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำส่วนตัว มีห้องครัวกลางใหญ่ มีบริเวณให้พักผ่อน พบปะสังสรรค์ และทำกิจกรรม"

"Fuse blew twice in one day. Second time it happened was late at night so had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Fridge switched off during that time so food/drink ended up going to waste. Towel heater in the bathroom wasn’t working, reported twice but didn’t get fixed. Bit of a disappointment overall."
