Check in was quick and easy. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Had lunch in the restaurant and service and food was great. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Only issue we had was the card reader going in and out of the parking garage. Didn’t like my cards. Tried reprogramming them a couple of times but they just didn’t work. Staff was accommodating getting us in and out. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

The room was clean. I was in an existential crisis and the staff were so nice and understanding and curators. I was a mess and they were so nice. I’m so thankful hit for only them but also the free transit to the airport/ shuttle service. The driver was so personable and relatable and cute. Glad i chose to stay there during a hard period of time

Room amenities were good, bed was ultra comfortable and well needed after a long haul flight. The bathroom was a bit tired and the hand held shower head was leaking and could do with repairing. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and the staff there really friendly an accomodating.

Breakfast was good and plentiful choices but a bit expensive, but not outrageous. Lobby was clean, well decorated and smelled very good. A bit out of the way from the nearest Metro station so call them while you're on the way and they'll send a shuttle. The communication as to when their hotel shuttle operated was confusing and we received conflicting information about particular times from different staff members. The room was well furnished and had everything we needed, but unfortunately the dirtiest room we've stayed in for a long time: we found a used peanut butter cup wrapper behind the chair, and an bottle of water with some of the water missing from it. Obvious lack of attention to stuff like that is the reason I can't give a rating of higher than a 3.

I can’t say enough good things about the Westin. Their prices were more than acceptable, the food was impeccable in the service was simply enjoyable from the time I arrive until the time I departed. I would stay there again without hesitation.
