"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."

"The property was very poorly maintained. The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. The building itself felt very old and neglected. The staff were not welcoming and came across as somewhat rude. The bathroom was also not functioning properly, as water was leaking from the sink. The carpet was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, which was quite unpleasant. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was...

"The bathtub's drain was not draining the water while showering, when you are showering...the water takes too much time to drain so you are literally bathing in water whereas it ought not to be so."

"Price is OK for those who wants to pay less but at least they should have wash the duvet , towels with a good smell detergent."

"The price for the room was top notch, however the floor was a bit dirty, there was dog food on the floor, the light was missing from the ceiling, the counter peeling, the stove burners broken, However the beds were clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but it's better than no breakfast at all. I would stay here again because the price was excellent."

"Very smooth check in and quick to our room. Front desk was polite, prompt and very courteous. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked. "

The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to"

"Price was right. It was quiet until the trains started at 4:30 in the morning. I didn’t try the breakfast as the reviews were horrible. It needs some love it is an older property but with some tlc still could be awesome!"
