"Very sketchy hotel. Parking lot was dark, full of potholes and Uhaul trucks. Front desk was not helpful or friendly. I didn't even stay as the reviews were so terrible. Do not book here."

Worse still, the deadbolt on the door wasn't even functional; the screws were loose and it didn't connect at the proper spot. I understand that the price for the room was quite low, and so potential guests should revise their expectations. But frankly, the lack of maintenance was shocking."

"Found parking garage easily. No problem parking a Honda CRV in the garage. Very convenient location to TD Coliseum(attending Hatsune Miku Concert)…less than 5 min walk. We had a wonderful overnight stay. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in Hamilton."
