"When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room. "This is a complete gem of a B&B, 5 star all the way. Ken and Gwen are amazing hosts who go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible in their home. "The room wasn’t overly clean. Hair in the bathroom and on the bedding. Some mystery smear on the wallpaper beside the toilet and lipstick on the light switch. The bathtub filled up with water when the shower was running. Not great value for the price. "
