"** WARNING BEFORE BOOKING** ⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, this resort was nothing like the photos or description on Expedia. The rooms were very outdated, had a musty/humid smell and our TV, Wi-Fi, and AC did not work properly. We were also without power for 16 hours and had to make a fuss before management finally stepped in to help. Our room was never cleaned during our 4-day stay and we were told rooms are only cleaned on the 4th day. We had to use the same towels without replacements. The bathrooms...

"When you get to the property it’s a bit hard to find where to go but once you do everyone was very nice. The room was clean, would have liked a kettle and some cups/glasses in the room. The patio around the pool was showing its age but the pool itself was nice. Overall a nice place to stay and relax."

"The Buccaneer Beach Club was perfect stay. The staff friendly especially Candace at Front Desk. The grounds well kept. My room was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. If there is a downside, which there is not. The Buccaneer does not host an eatery, but why would it. You have a kitchen to cook your own food. Microwave, hot stove, etc. Next door is the Salt Plage which has good food. Great staff too!"

"Pros: Great location on both Jolly and Valley Church beaches at the same time. Calm, warm and very clear water. Unbelievable views from cottages and the restaurant. Flowers are everywhere on the property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Issues (like water or power) are addressed very quickly. Cons: With all beaches on Antigua being public, pushy jet skies rental people from outside of hotel are bothering guests daily trying to get you rent from them."
