"It was clean and staff were nice and the security guards on shift made sure it was safe. Sadly the area did definitely have some weird folk around. I left around 8 am and some woman from across the street was just yelling. But that’s not the hotels fault. The hotel did a great job. "

"Great hotel, and location. My boyfriend and I stayed here and went to a concert at the YouTube theater. The Uber was about 20 minutes. We also went to an event at the LA convention center earlier in the day which was about 10 minutes from the hotel great views from the room of the city. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We were not aware there was a set time you have to be there to meet someone to check in. We went there in the am when we landed and they said no one was on site. We went to hollywood sightseeing and received a call in the afternoon saying we needed to come now we tried but got stuck in traffic and could not make it there before the check in person was leaving because we didnt want to miss the dodgers game we had tickets for. We ended up going and renting a hotel room somehwere else m so we had somewhere to sleep and never got to use this room . If someone would have told us we had to do an appointment to check in we would have......very disappointed i have been a ling term customer of hotels.com amd have loat confidence now due to all the stress we suffered on our vacation and all yhe extra money we had to spend to have some where to sleep "
