das Hotel passt überhaupt nicht in die Arosa Gruppe, weder von der Einrichtung des Zimmers her noch von den Gästen her noch vom Essen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Durchschnittsalter gefühlte 80 Jahre aufwärts. Es sah für uns eher aus wie ein Seniorenstift, aber keinesfalls wie ein Hotel der Arosa Gruppe. In der Dusche war es verschimmelt, das Zimmer roch komisch, am Balkon waren einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett und bemüht, es uns und alten Damen und Herren mit Rollatoren Recht zu machen. Ein schönes Hotel für Senioren. Den alten Leuten mit den Gehwägelchen wurde von den Mitarbeitern des Hotels auch liebevoll geholfen am Büffet und beim Tragen der Speisen. Also ein tolles Hotel für hilfsbedürftige Senioren, aber halt nicht für typische Arosa Kunden.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit sehr vielen Liegen. Innen- und Außenpool und Saunen sorgen für Betätigung, falls das Wetter nicht so mitspielt. Täglich inkludierte Getränke gibt es in der Minibar. Das Frühstücksbüffett lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, Frühstückszeit bis 11:00 Uhr und wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt. Sekt, Eierspeisen, frisch gepresster Orangensaft und Kaffeespezialitäten waren auf Wunsch erhältlich. Der Wellnessbereich mit Saunen, Schwimmbad (Innen- und Außenbereich) war toll. Es gab mehrmals pro Woche Kurse, z. B. Aqua Fitness, Yoga und Pilates. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum war vorhanden und man konnte sich mit Massagen und Kosmetik verwöhnen lassen. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub.

tolles Hotel in toller Lage!

Die Hotelanlage war sehr sehr schön! Perfekte Lage, toller Service, super Frühstück, schöne Zimmer - am meisten begeisterte uns der Innen/Außen-Pool und die super gepflegte Garten-Anlage mit Park/Liegewiesen/Sitzecken. Einziger Kritikpunkt : kein roomservie/Zimmerservice im Hotel, wenn man nach 22 Uhr in Heringsdorf Hunger hat wird es schwierig!

wir waren mit dem Hotel der Lage und den Zimmern sehr zufrieden, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber von dem Angebot zum Abendessen im Restaurant sehr enttäuscht. Mit blumigen Beschreibungen wird ein eher einfach Essen serviert, z.B. Hühnchensaltimbocca ist ein Witz. Mit billigsten Zutaten wird ein tolles Essen vorgegaukelt, schade!

Phantastisches Kaiserbad. Top Anlage und Service. Ein riesengroßes Lob und Dankeschön an alle Servicekräfte. Mitten in der Hochsaison und jederzeit nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hoffe das Management weiß diese Leistung zu würdigen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Viel Komfort nah am Strand

Personal und Service ist hervorragend, auch das Essen. Saubere Zimmer, die gut ausgestattet sind und in denen man sich richtig wohlfühlen kann. Eigentlich alles, was man sich wünschen kann, ABER das hat natürlich auch seinen Preis - besonders in der Hauptsaison. Ungeeignet für "schmale" Portemonnaies.

Doppelter Betrag in Rechnung gestellt

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Ich war nicht zum ersten mal hier. Leider gab es diesmal mehrere Mängel und ein gravierender Vorfall. Mein Zimmer war in der 2. Etage. Angekommen auf der Etage steigt einem ein extrem penetranter Schweißgeruch entgegen. Das Personal zum Frühstück und Dinner war sehr unaufmerksam. Nur allein um eine Bestellung aufzugeben, mußte ich am Abend z.B. 20Min warten, obwohl etwa nur 4 Tische belgt waren. ich hab's nicht verstanden... Und äußerte auch meinen Unmut darüber. Auch beim Frühstück, hier war allerdings mehr zu tun, kam niemand auf mich zu. Ich mußte das personal suchen und ansprechen. Bei meiner Abreise erlebete ich dann eine böse Überraschung. Auf meiner Rechnung war ein Betrag von 99€ gleich doppelt aufgeführt. Wenn ich das nicht bemerkt hätte, hätte ich 99€ zuviel bezahlt. Mehr als" ..schön, dass es Ihnen aufgefallen ist" und en "Tschuldigung" gab es nicht. Das finde ich überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich. Ein kleines give away wäre angebracht gewesen...

Soweit ganz gutes Hotel. Wir sind eigentlich nur wegen Barkeeper Tom ins Hotel gekommen. Er ist der Beste!!!
