"Room was clean! We only had one robe! Concierge was excellent! Jun was very helpful! We went to the restaurant to have breakfast! The sign clearly stated that breakfast was served until 11am. We got there at 10:30 and were told they were not letting anybody else in unless you had prepaid when you made your hotel reservation. For the amount of money we paid to stay in the hotel this was very disappointing! We were told to go to the concierge and they would be able to recommend a restaurant near by! We explained to Jun what happened and he did recommend a place to go to but said it was 5 blocks away! He then got a manger for us and after 30 minutes was able to get us into the restaurant! We had dinner in the Congo Room! Very good dinner and ambiance! Probably won’t stay there again!"

"Great location, clean and quiet property at union Square, helpful and kind staff. Parking in the property $ 78 per day. HERTZ car rental with overnight parking at $ 38 across the street. Highly recommend property."

"Hotel was in a great location and was updated nicely so it looked great. It lacked a lot of function though. The room was small, which was okay because we were out in the city exploring most of the time, however, the storage was absurdly small. There was 1 drawer in a dresser to store clothing (the other was a safe), and the drawers in the bathroom vanity were not able to be opened which left two of us just spreading our clothes and toiletries throughout the small room, which made it feel even smaller."

"The hotel and our room were beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately the in room coffee and tea were very unpleasant. Perhaps because the tap water tasted bad. Even the tea I made with the water from the hotel water bottle fountain tasted bad."

"The room was clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job in our room. Restaurant staff were excellent and food was very good. Pamela found a corkscrew for me and another staff person found an area guide for me."

"This was a great clean, safe property, with great staff, and amenities. Very aesthetically pleasing, with a classy look and great art. The down side is the $55 a night valet parking fee which is high but worth it, if you value your automobile, and your safety. Also, the valet staff lost my leather key fob cover, which I hope will be brought up as a teaching moment in their next staff meeting. Attention to details when dealing with car keys is needed."
