"This place was simply fantastic. The lobby and my room were simply breathtakingly gorgeous. Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again."

"You have to keep in mind that the property is over 100 years old. It was a bit dusty and not as clean as we usually book - this did not appear to be neglect of property just fact it is really old. The bathroom had a sewer smell all the time that the staff “helped” with scented candles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
