"There are some good things about this hotel but overall I don’t think it deserves 5 stars. The best thing about it is the location, it’s got its own beach access and is also an easy walk to Kenting street. The pool is also nice, although they close it in the middle of the day for cleaning. They have a lot of amenities, but most of them were closed while we were there. The food was just ok. The staff was a mixed bag, some were friendly and helpful but others couldn’t be bothered. "good spa and good experience for food"

"It’s an excellent hotel in a great location. My only feedback would be that the internet is awful and modern hotels should really have reliable internet at an acceptable speed."

"Room: Large and clean. Shower is next to the toilet and tend to get the floor completely wet. There is a tub. Location: need a car/motorbike/taxi to the beach and to central town. If you do not have a vehicle it is slightly inconvenient. There is a Hi-Life convenient store around the corner. Price: typical of airbnb in the Kenting area Breakfast: really nice home-made meal, and imo, the highlight of the airbnb There are only stairs in the airbnb, so you need to carry your suitcase...

"Very clean and convenient. Excellent water pressure. Everything important was done really thoughtfully. Very friendly owner"
